Most kitchens are a mess of "last-minute" stress. At the Thirsty Fox Pub & Grill, we do things differently. We are a high-volume, precision-run kitchen that serves travelers from across the country and locals from right down the street. We’re currently expanding and we need a line cook who takes pride in sending out a perfect plate every single time.
The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
We run a five-station modern kitchen and train all new hires. You are the pilot of your station. Whether you’re managing the flatbread pizza station or assembling great salads, you are responsible for:

The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
We run a five-station modern kitchen and train all new hires. You are the pilot of your station. Whether you’re managing the flatbread pizza station or assembling great salads, you are responsible for:
- Precision Execution: Following our "Plating Guides" to ensure every guest gets exactly what they expect.
- Station Ownership: Keeping your area stocked, organized and clean so that when the 6:00 PM rush hits, you’re ready, not scrambling.
- Speed & Safety: Moving fast without being reckless. We value a clean, safe line over a chaotic one.

- You Hate Chaos: You thrive in an environment that is organized and predictable.
- You’re a Finisher: You don't leave tasks half-done. When the ticket is closed, the station is wiped.
- You’re a Team Player: You know that a kitchen only works if everyone helps everyone else to stay in sync.
- Experience: 1–2 years is preferred, but if you have a "can-do" attitude and a fast learner’s brain, we have a training path for you.
